Most memorable tournament win or moment in DG?:
In June 2008, I drove about three hours to my first tournament and finished 6th out of 16 and one stroke out of third. I had only been playing for nine months and each round I bettered my score. Hooked for life! Thank you “Steady” Ed.
Favorite DGA Disc:
Proline Hurricane, Sparkle Flex Breaker, D-Line Steady:
When I’m needing a pure line, there are two discs I go for. The Proline 168g Hurricane is comfortable and accurate. Pinpoint upshots have never been better since I bagged the 174g Sparkle Flex Breaker.

What about being a part of Team DGA excites you the most?
Being able to represent for the founding Disc Golf company with an awesome family of disc golfers.
What is the strongest part of your Disc Golf game?
What is your best tip for a disc golfer that has just started playing?
Ask questions and practice, practice, practice.
How do you prepare for a big event both mentally and physically?
Mentally I watch PGA and PDGA events paying close attention to good and bad player reactions. Too much emotions one way or the other can cost lots of strokes. Physically I play the courses in my area that resemble the courses I’m about to play and lots of putts and then more putts.
