Favorite DGA Disc:
- Breaker and Rogue:
I like the feel of the Breaker and most of all its consistency within 300ft. I enjoy throwing my Rogues because the rim is comfortable in my hand and I have consistent flights.
Most memorable tournament win or moment in DG?:
- Every January, I organize the Ice Bowl fundraiser for our local food shelf. Seeing over 80 people every year to battle the cold to raise money and food for a great cause is a memorable moment.
Top 5 Courses:
- Blue Ribbon Pines DGC
- Millstream DGC
- Fountain Hills DGC
- Toboggan DGC
- Hidden Lake DGC
- The Memorial Championship
- The Majestic

What about being a part of Team DGA excites you the most?
Being apart of a Team where the sport began excites me. I enjoy growing the sport to beginners and to spread history of Steady Ed.
What is the strongest part of your Disc Golf game?
My mental game has become the strongest part of my game over the last year. Going to be a roller coaster ride out there, but to overcome the negative will lead to positive vibes. Not only within myself, but throughout the card mates.
What is your best tip for a disc golfer that has just started playing?
It’s all about having fun, enjoy being outside and listening to the ambiance that’s surrounding you.
How do you prepare for a big event both mentally and physically?
Practice and rest. I do a lot of field work, conditioning and I make sure I get a good nights rest the night before. nt.
