To mark the 35th anniversary of the legendary series of Midnight Flyer golf discs, DGA created a limited number of glow SP Line Squall midrange discs with the original Midnight Flyer disc artwork. These rare discs were released as a fundraiser for the “Steady” Ed Memorial Masters Cup in Santa Cruz, CA.
The second release of these limited tributes to the Midnight Flyer was the Breaker putt & approach disc. This predictably over stable putter has quickly become a fan favorite. The Breaker’s cult following among golfers made it an easy choice to carry the Midnight Flyer name. As with all Midnight Flyers, the #2 Breaker is made with vibrant glow material making it a great choice for day and night rounds. As with the #1 Squall, these Breakers were released as a fundraiser for the “Steady” Ed Memorial Masters Cup presented by DGA.
After releasing a midrange disc and putt & approach discs for the first two releases of the Midnight Flyer Series, it was only fitting that the third release be a distance driver. The Hurricane was the perfect choice. Always a staple in the DGA disc line-up, the Hurricane is our go-to distance driver that is easy to control and offers reliable fade at the the end of its flight.
The Steady is quickly becoming the staple putt & approach disc in the DGA lineup. It was only fitting to have the putter named after “Steady” Ed be a part of the series of glow discs bearing the name of one of his most iconic creations. The Midnight Flyer Steady is made of a super grippy ProLine blend that begs to be added to the bag, not just hung on the wall.
As always these Steady’s glow like no other.
