Help Out: Feb. 7, 2010Â SOUTH CHARLESTON, W.Va. -- The first Kanawha Valley Disc Golf Bowl will be held Feb. 13 at Little Creek Park to raise money and collect food for Covenant House's food pantry. Registration is at 8:15 a.m. with tee off at 8:45 a.m.
 Individuals, families and groups may participate. Registration is $20 and 10 canned food items. The first 36 registrants will receive a free disc. Lunch will be provided to all participants.
