Disc Golf Association Shipping Policies:
Normal Shipping:
To avoid delays in receiving your order, please provide us with a street address, no P.O. boxes, please.We ship primarily via UPS ground. Please include a daytime phone number in case we have any questions about your order so that we can contact you. *Please allow two business day for your order to get shipped.
*Course orders: Please note that course orders take longer to process and ship. Shipping and processing times depend on the time of year and the number of orders ahead of yours. Please call at the time of your order for a more accurate shipping estimate or if you have any questions.
Holiday and Weekend Shipping:
Unless specifically requested all packages will be shipped via UPS Ground service. Weekends (Saturday & Sunday) do not count as shipping days. (ex. A two day package shipped on a Thursday, will arrive on Monday). Orders will be filled three business days after a holiday.
Disc Golf Association Tax Information:
Sales tax is not separately calculated and collected in connection with items ordered from Disc Golf Association through the Amazon.com site, unless explicitly indicated as such in the ordering process. Items ordered from Disc Golf Association may be subject to tax in certain states, based on the state to which the order is shipped. If an item is subject to sales tax, in accordance with state tax laws, the tax is generally calculated on the total selling price of each individual item, including shipping and handling charges, gift-wrap charges and other service charges, less any applicable discounts. If tax is separately calculated and collected in connection with items ordered from Disc Golf Association through the Amazon.com Site, the tax amounts that appear during the ordering process are estimated - the actual taxes that will be charged to your credit card will be calculated at the time your order is processed and will appear in your order confirmation notification.
Disc Golf Association Return Policies:
Items may be returned within 30 days of receipt with a copy of the invoice. Damaged or defective items will be fully credited, ether for exchange or for refund. Items returned for any other reason must be in mint condition; shipping costs will not be refunded, and a 15% restocking fee will be charged. Please notify us in advanced of a return.
