Visit Lake Whittaker and enjoy some of the best rainbow trout, small mouth bass and pike fishing in Elgin County. This 26-acre spring fed lake provides a spectacular backdrop for summer activities. A 7 kilometre non-surfaced trail meanders through wetlands, sugar bush and forest. Campers have access to two beaches, a handicap accessible pool and may rent canoes and paddleboats. A disc golf course is also on site.

Tall tale or not a 35 lb. northern pike was hooked in Lake Whittaker. So come out and reel in your own whopper at Lake Whittaker’s Fishing Derby in July.

Choose from 214 roomy campsites equipped with a picnic table and fire pit. Service sites are available including water and 15 or 30 amp service with ample room to park a trailer or a RV. Lake Whittaker is open from May 1 to September 30.

For reservations please call (519) 269-3592.
