Always remember, we lost one of our Mutha Putter
brothers on 2/1/2006, John Webster. If you would like to donate to his
family we still have special discs for sale at the next Mutha Putter
monthly.
We
are 214 members strong and are adding new members every month. Here
is a brief description of how the Mutha Putters work. The first Sunday
of every month we have a singles round tournament with cash prizes.
The home course is "Little Africa"
located in Carmichael behind Albert Schweitzer Elementary. Here
is a course map. Along with the cash prizes you can obtain
points depending on what place you end up at. At the end of the year
we have a final championship tournament which we give away trophies
for the top five players of the year.
Their are also rules that each member must adhere to. Make sure you
visit the Rules page for any additional information
about the course, handicaps (yes, we do have a handicap system), payout's
and points list. Most importantly, please be courteous when visiting
the Golf Course. The course is located
in a Nature Area surrounded by private homes so be respectful and polite.
The Club will not tolerate any littering, drinking (It's illegal in
this park) bad attitudes, loud profanity, or abuse of the course. We
at the Mutha Putters would like to play this course for many years to
come, so take care of it. Wednesday night is MP doubles
starting after pacific daylight savings time (at 6pm).
