Re: where are tournaments in Illinois - 2004/07/04 01:06I don't know where you are in illinois but there will be a BIG tournament in MO on Aug 7. you can read more about it on Gateway Disc Sports forums, but heres the info w/o the work 4 baskets will be given away one for each division winner and one for a side game in between the two rounds, second place in each division gets a gateway player bag with 7 discs, 3rd gets a Gateway player bag, 4th gets 7 gateway discs, and 5th gets a gateway shirt and hat. there is a 100% payout to Open players with a $300 dollar sponsor match. It's $20 for AM (novice, Intermediate, and expert) $30 for Open. and free food(hot dogs, brats) and free drinks(soda and BEER). This is the second annual Brubex Trucking disk golf tournament and I promise it's worth the trip.

Re: where are tournaments in Illinois - 2004/07/04 21:34Oh and I forgot to mention last year we had 82 players and because of the turnout there is now a limited amount of slots 90 total 76 left you must pre register before aug 1 this can be done at gatewaydiscsports.com or or at RCFdiscgolf.com forums under quail ridge. just leave your name and division. entry fees will be taken on the day of. Oh and all participants will recieve a custom hotstamp gateway disc and a mini. better hurry!!
