Headwind driver - 2006/11/03 01:41 HEllo.
I Throw forehand with my Star Sidewinder. I like it and I normally comes about 210 feet (70 meters) with it. But when the course is windy, the Sidewinder is impossible to controll. I need a driver that is good into a head/sidewind. Any suggestions?

Re:Headwind driver - 2006/11/06 19:03 You need to step up the stability in order to hold the line in a headwind. Depending on the strength of the headwind, you can either adjust the amount of hyzer you put on your normal driver, or switch to a more stable to over stable disc. Something like a Tsunami, TeeBird, or Crush might be good for your forehand.

My personal choice for a headwind driver is a Tsunami because of it's stability, glide and dependability. YMMV.
