quarter k - 2006/04/01 18:26just bought this disc @ bowling green ams 06 . this thang has a awesome grip soild rubber feels like an omega putter but harder. its a straight shooter with little fade. awesome awesome disc ,its made by disc wing disc. if you think the new star plastic has good grip you haven't seen anything yet.

If it's the original then I would agree with you about the grip, unfortunately though the plastic doesn't have very good durability. The disc is already kindof understable right out of the box, but after a few throws and a tree or two it turns right into a roller.
They are currently working on a new plastic for their K II occording to this it's supposed to be out later this month.
I found the rounded inside rim difficult to get used to, but I didn't spend too much time with it because of the plastic. It'll be interesting to try again with the new version.

Re:quarter k - 2006/05/12 17:59This disc looked and felt great when I first got one. I hit a tree and now there is a big bulge on the dome of the disc. Great disc...terrible plastic. It went from my bag to my shag pile faster than any other disc Ive owned.
