Re: Most Holes Played In 1 Day - 2004/07/02 11:11I played for rounds in one day before (72 holes) that is the most I have ever played in one day, I could have played alot more, for some reason the arm was still feeling good that day.

Re: Most Holes Played In 1 Day - 2004/07/12 15:08back in 80 i played in a tournament in univercity of california ,irvine called the iron arm tournament* it was the most holes of tourney i had played at 54. but we played 9 before we started and eighteen more after we finished .i placed third in that one with a field of 35 players that was the most pros i had played against it was very exiting and we had a beautiful coarse.

Starting at Civil Twilight 4:48am we played most of the courses in the Minneapolis area and proceeded to St. Cloud. My friend John cramped up and played only 327 (only, JK) I was hurting for sure, but got in 380 holes by 9:36pm (a few minutes before the Civil Twilight [9:42]) You will be able to read about it in Disc Golf Magazine and hopefully Disc Golf World News. We were also featured in 5 Twin Cities newspapers. Alan Hansen Begg

Congradualations! I heard about that the weekend after you did it. Quite a feat! Was Kaposia closed when you did it or were you able to play there?
Which courses were your favorites? I'm new to playing in the Cities and have only played a few courses (Edina, Oakwood and Acorn Park). I'm signed up for a tournament at Lions Park in Shakopee in September so I'll probably try and get down there a few times before that, too.

Re: Most Holes Played In 1 Day - 2004/08/01 19:50Hey Scott, Yes, Kaposia opened on Monday the 21st, and we played the courses on the 22nd. I really like Acorn. I wish it was on the west side, since I live 25 miles west of mpls. Bryant Lake is nice, I also like Plymouth Creek. It's nice to have so many to choose from. More and more every month, it seems. See you around I hope. Alan my buddy Sean is running that tourney in Shakopee, if it is the cancer benifit one.
