De Laveaga, Santa Cruz - 2006/05/16 08:50any one around here live in santa cruz? anyone been to de laveaga? if so, how did you like and which holes catch yer fancy?

Re:De Laveaga, Santa Cruz - 2006/05/16 21:17Hey Blake. I'm a local that plays the course a lot. All of the holes there have great flavor and the course requires a well rounded game to play well. Hole 27, 'top of the world' is probably the signature hole with #13, "I-5" coming in a close second. #27 tees off at the highest point on the course and throws down a couple a hundred feet to the basket. It's a beautiful view and a really fun throw. #13 is called I-5 because its very long and open, at first. It's only been birdied a handful of times in the courses existence.

Re:De Laveaga, Santa Cruz - 2006/05/19 08:23if i'm right 13 is one of the 4 holes just recently opened back up. those holes are a blast. 15 is fun beacuse you have to throw over a huge wooded ravine and make it right. always a good one for the 2 fin. flick.
