Bio:	Born: San Diego 1960 Lived: La Mirada till 1981 Started Disc Golf: La Mirada 1976 I was one of the local La Mirada kids that discovered disc golf when they put it in back in 1976. I remember buying my first disc golf 141 gm Frisbee (#7) to play at the local sporting goods store... It was fun, but the holes seemed alot longer than they are now. Attended the Worlds Catch & Fetch at the Rosebowl in 1979 and 1980. That was awesome! Ashley Wippet was great! Never played in any tournament. Still just a recreational player. Average about 7 over for La Mirada (1-18). Took over La Mirada Disc Golf Club website in August 2006. Now we play every day either at La Mirada, Long Beach, Huntington Beach and on the weekends sometime in San Diego.
