Bio:	Cubby's Disc Golf Bio: Introduced to Disc Golf by Mike Rothe at Bluemont Disc Golf course in Arlington, VA. while I was in the Navy in Washington DC in 1992. Mike worked in Hawaii and during his visits to my ofice he would tell me about Disc Golf and he invited me to play some rounds at Bluemont on a couple of his trips to the east coast. I admired his passion for the sport and I have him to thank for introducing me to Disc Golf. Rediscovered Disc Golf in Newport News, Virginia on March 17, 1998 and began steady play. Played 18 holes of Disc Golf with "Steady Ed"Headrick the father of Disc Golf at Newport News Park on March 27, 1998.. Won my first Disc Golf event as an Amatuer at the Fall Colors Disc Golf Tournament in Newport News, VA. Nov 21-22, 1998. Joined PDGA in 1999: Advanced Master. Other tournament highlights: 9 first place finishes in the Advanced Masters Division including 2 in a A tier events. 28th Place Advanced Masters 2000 PDGA Disc Golf World Championships 30th Place Advanced Masters 2001 PDGA Disc Golf World Championships 3rd Place Advanced Masters Doubles 2001 PDGA Disc Golf World Championships (Doubles partner: Brian Fredrick) 39th Place Advance Masters 2002 PDGA Disc Golf World Championships Won Mach Two New Disc Golf Target at the 2002 PDGA DIsc Golf World Championships CTP contest during finals 13th Place Advanced Masters 2003 PDGA Disc Golf World Championships Note: A career change in May 2004 has prevented me from competing in tournaments and the Disc Golf World Championships.
