DGA is proud to be partnering with the National Collegiate Disc Golf Union in promoting disc golf for our nation’s colleges and universities. This year DGA has been highly involved in making the 2012 National Collegiate Disc Golf Championships better than ever.
Over 40 teams from schools of higher education will be competing for the coveted title of National Collegiate Champions. To find out more about the event go to the NCDGC website and watch the live coverage from Disc Golf Planet TV.
DGA will be debuting it’s limited edition SP Line Undertow (pictured above), in each competitors players package. The SP version of the Undertow is proving to be a more stable companion to the ProLine version. These discs will be in limited release throughout 2012 so they will surely be sought after.
DGA has also partnered with the NCDGU in donating a new 18 hole course to the events host, the Hippodrome Sports Complex. This magnificent new course will be named Headrick Hills Disc Golf Course. DGA is honored that the fine people at the Hippodrome suggested naming the course after DGA’s founder. We think it has a nice ring to it!
DGA appreciates all the hard work the NCDGU has put into the Championships and is proud to be partners for this event.
